NSC FINANCE AGENT FEE CONTRACT – RETAINER
This GLOBAL MARKETING AGENT- CLIENT FEE CONTRACT is entered this the____________ , 20__ , between______________ , currently residing at___________________, herein referred to as “Client”, and ____________, Global Marketing  Agent,___________, herein referred to as “Nubian Sufi.Com”.
Conditions: This Contract will not take effect, and Nubian Sufi.Com will have no obligation to provide legal services, until Client returns a signed copy of this Contract and pays the deposit called for under paragraph titled “Marketing/Advertising Fees”.
Scope and Duties: Client hires Nubian Sufi.Com to provide global marketing services as follow as SEO, social network expansion, 24/7 IT  expert digital assistance, filed B2B representation and merchant services options.
Marketing/Advertising Fees: Client agrees to pay ______($10,000) to Nubian Sufi.Com as a retainer fee. Nubian Sufi.Com and Client agree that no global marketing agent-client relationship shall exist until Nubian Sufi.Com has been paid the retainer fee. Services outside the scope of the duties of            Nubian Sufi.Com shall be charged at an hourly rate of _______
Cost and Expenses:  In addition to paying marketing/advertising fees, Client MUSTpay   Nubian Sufi.Com the remaining sum of $10,000 at the beginning of the contract’s  initial first month. Then after that it is $10,000 at the end of every month. The minimum duration of the contract is 6 months and the maximum duration of this contract is a year. We require 6 solid months although the client can request a full year either before the start of the contract or ask for an additional 6 months a month before the end of the 6 months.  We do provide an exit clause only 3 months into the contract if the client is not satisfied with our services and wish not to pursue with the additional 5 months of the contract.  However none of the previous payments are refundable at all. 
Statements: Nubian Sufi.Com shall send Client periodic statements for all payment on client's behalf.  Clients must pay the remaining $10,000 per month at the beginning of every contracted month. Client understands that interest at the rate of____ percent (__%) per annum will be charged on all fees, cost or expenses not paid in full within thirty (30) days.  Upon Client’s request Nubian Sufi.Com will provide a statement within 10 days.

Discharge and Withdrawal: Client may discharge at any time. Nubian Sufi.Com may withdraw with Client’s consent or for good cause. Good cause includes Client’s breach of this Contract, Client’s refusal to cooperate with Nubian Sufi.Com or to follow
 Nubian Sufi.Com advice on a material matter or any other fact or circumstance  such as false advertising, scams, fraud, drugs(narcotics)  or weapon traffic, black market advertising or sales, laundering or false bank statements or forgery that would render Nubian Sufi.Com continuing representation unlawful or unethical.
Conclusion of Services: When                   Nubian Sufi.Com services conclude, all unpaid charges shall become immediately due and payable.  After Nubian Sufi.Com services conclude, Nubian Sufi.Com will, upon Client’s request, deliver Client’s file to Client, along with any Client reminder funds or property in Nubian Sufi.Com possession. This Retainer agreement shall expire on the________ day of _________ 20__unless renewed.  The 50% increase for this contract goes all to the client and company, although what we acquire is an additional $10,000 per month we are working on behalf of the client and that is a minimum     6 months due to the fact we are marketing and advertising to increase awareness and sales with weekly, weekend, monthly and holiday schedules, public events, and community and media inter facing on behalf of the client through promos, street teams, commercials and more. Disclaimer of Guarantee:  Nothing in this Contract and nothing in Nubian Sufi.Com statements to Client will be construed as a promise or guarantee about the outcome on how much the client will get in amassed capital or accumulated profit.  Nubian Sufi.Com makes no such promises or guarantees.  Nubian Sufi.Com comments about the outcome of Client’s matter monetary expectations in profit are expressions of diligent work and sound financially powerful Fortune 500 company connections and planetary consumer drawing technology and that our work will increase the profit by 50%. In any case, client can reject the qualified funding and do not have to pay the monthly $10,000 remaining fee and part ways and always free to come back later and do business at a later date.
